  • Go through the routine above at least once daily — remember to listen to your body and only push on days you’re feeling fresh and recovered
  • Alternatively, you can select the weeks modules you most feel you need, then practice them on weekly schedule, ie:
    • Mon/Thu: Week 1
    • Tue/Fri: Week 3
    • Wed/Sat: Week 5
