What to do next:

  • Practice the 360 breathing and sequential contract and relax exercises in core for 5-10 minutes
  • Go through the routine 2-4 times daily, more if you have more time and your body feels like going deeper
  • Explore the spinal wall wave task for 3-5 minutes, then work on moving away from the wall
  • Post a snippet of your practice in the group
